How do I place an order?
Our guarantee
All Hideout New Zealand's products are made to the highest possible standard by skilled craftsmen. We use only the finest leathers and furs available in New Zealand which have been hand selected to produce the finest eco-fur products available.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product simply return it immediately for a full refund. (see returns policy below).

You will receive an order confirmation and total payment due including freight and any other applicable charges. We also confirm the sending of your order and follow up with you to ensure you have received your item and that you are happy with it.
Freight & Tax
Charges will be added to your invoice for the delivery cost of your order, and are based on geographical destination and the weight of the goods. All import duties or other tax levies are payable by the purchaser. Click here to view shipping and weight charges.
Delivery
Goods are dispatched immediately upon receipt of payment provided the item is in stock. You will be notified immediately if the item is temporarily out of stock. Out of stock items and custom made items are usually dispatched within approximately 20 working days from original order.
For Deliveries within New Zealand:
1 - 3 days working days (New Zealand Post)
For International Deliveries:
4 - 10 working days - New Zealand Post Air International
Payment
Payment of goods can be made either by credit card:Visa and Mastercard accepted, by cheque or direct bank credit for a domestic bank deposit or international money transfer. Once the payment has been processed, goods are immediately dispatched provided they are in stock. All products displayed are in NZ$. The GST inclusive amount only applies to NZ customers. Returns & Guarantee
Our Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less the delivery fee. Products must be returned in the original condition and packaging. Products may be exchanged for another product.
This guarantee only applies to items purchased directly from Hideout New Zealand by the customer.
The purchaser is responsible for all costs incurred in returning products to Hideout New Zealand in Auckland, New Zealand. Please indicate the reason for your return, package securely and courier it in its original condition and packaging to to the address listed on your invoice.
Freight costs will be refunded to the purchaser for goods found faulty on delivery. If you have any queries regarding our guarantee please contact us at:

Hideout New Zealand is not responsible for any damage inflicted on the products in the event of cleaning. Full product care instructions are available on the website and do accompany each purchase.

Hideout New Zealand cannot be held accountable for any loss, damage or delay caused by events outside out control such as acts of nature, mechanical delays, strikes, delays by freight forwarder etc.
Privacy Policy
Hideout New Zealand is concerned about protecting your privacy. We will never indulge any customer details to a third party. You have the right to access, edit and request deletion of any personal information concerning you, pursuant to the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993.
Warranty
Hideout New Zealand makes every endeavour to ensure that its products meet the highest standards as to quality, fitness for purpose and compliance desciption.
Due to the individual characteristics of natural products, irregularities and variations in colour, pattern and texture to those shown may exist.
Animal Hides
All the hides used by Hideout New Zealand are by-products of the meat industry. No animal was killed for the use of the skin.
Copyright
All products and designs are exclusive and copyright to Hideout New Zealand and may not be copied without our express written permission.
Copyright is property right that exists, in accordance with Section 14 of the Copy Right Act 1994.
